Select the \u201clocal pickup\u201d option. You will receive an email or phone call within 48hrs to schedule a time. Pickup is by appointment only. If we are unable to contact you to arrange for pickup, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund minus a 20% processing and restocking fee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">Our current pickup windows are generally: Monday-Friday: 12pm-5pm&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong>Local Delivery:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">Local delivery is available on <strong>wholesale orders only<\/strong>. Please contact us directly to negotiate delivery schedules.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong>Livestock Shipping:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">All livestock orders are shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate or Priority Mail Express.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">Here\u2019s the deal. <strong>Our top priority is the health and well-being of your fish, coral, or live plants<\/strong>. Your order is shipped with this in mind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">Most Flat Rate orders will ship on Monday morning. This minimizes the chances of delays stretching into the weekends. In some rural areas USPS does not deliver packages on Saturdays.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">Priority Mail Express may ship as late as Wednesday. As before, we\u2019re not taking any chances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong>We may delay shipping your order due to weather conditions.<\/strong> If this occurs we will contact you ASAP.
