All sales are final and not eligible for refund or return. 

Dead on Arrival: 

To be eligible for a DOA refund you must provide evidence of DOA within 24hrs of delivery notification. 

Photograph needs to show the deceased specimen in its unopened packaging. 

Please note, shipping is non-refundable

All other orders (Local Pickup and Delivery):

All other orders will be reviewed on a case-by-base basis. If you have an issue with your purchase or your livestock dies, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you!
