Shipping Policies

Local Pickup: 

Local pickup is available free on all orders. Select the “local pickup” option. You will receive an email or phone call within 48hrs to schedule a time. Pickup is by appointment only. If we are unable to contact you to arrange for pickup, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund minus a 20% processing and restocking fee. 

Our current pickup windows are generally: Monday-Friday: 12pm-5pm 

Local Delivery: 

Local delivery is available on wholesale orders only. Please contact us directly to negotiate delivery schedules. 

Livestock Shipping:

All livestock orders are shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate or Priority Mail Express. 

Here’s the deal. Our top priority is the health and well-being of your fish, coral, or live plants. Your order is shipped with this in mind. 

Most Flat Rate orders will ship on Monday morning. This minimizes the chances of delays stretching into the weekends. In some rural areas USPS does not deliver packages on Saturdays. 

Priority Mail Express may ship as late as Wednesday. As before, we’re not taking any chances. 

We may delay shipping your order due to weather conditions. If this occurs we will contact you ASAP. If your order is delayed more than two times due to weather conditions you will be eligible to cancel your order for a full refund.

Dry Goods:

All dry good orders ship USPS Priority Flat Rate or Priority Mail Express. 

Dry good orders are generally shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays
